Muay Thai / Kickboxing - Beginner Class

Suitable for anyone new to Muay Thai / Kickboxing. This class will focus on the basics and fundamentals of Muay Thai / Kickboxing while building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning. Muay Thai / Kickboxing is a brilliant way to improve fitness, burn fat, tone muscles, build confidence and is widely regarded as the best martial art for self-defence use. Muay Thai / Kickboxing - Intermediate Class

A special invite will be given to members who show adequate competency in the beginner class, providing access to this restricted class for intermediate members only. This class will place more emphasis on advanced combinations and techniques, as well as demanding a considerably higher level of strength and conditioning than required in the beginner class.

Muay Thai / Kickboxing - Fighter Class

Intermediate members with a keen interest in the full-contact aspects of Muay Thai / Kickboxing will be given an opportunity to try out for the fighter class through a series of fitness tests. Successful completion of these tests will grant access to the exclusive fighter class. This class will introduce members to sparring and fight specific drills, as well as demanding a considerably higher level of strength and conditioning than required in the intermediate class.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) - Junior Class

A class for boys and girls aged 16 and under. This fun and dynamic class uses the great disciplinary aspects found in traditional martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu and Karate and combines them with the more practical self-defence aspects found in Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Wrestling. This fun and dynamic class is guaranteed to keep children fighting fit, as well as providing them with a new found inner confidence and discipline that will benefit them for their entire lives. Suitable for juniors of all fitness levels.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) - Senior Class

This adults only class combines the striking aspects of Muay Thai and Boxing with the grappling aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, as seen on popular MMA events such as the UFC. Although no previous training is required to participate in this class, it is highly recommended that all students complete at least one month of Muay Thai / Kickboxing training before transitioning in to the Mixed Martial Arts class. Suitable for adults of all fitness levels.

Cage Fitness Classes

These new and exciting classes, endorsed by UFC hall of famer Matt Hughes, are a complete fitness system that is based on the structure of a championship Mixed Martial Arts bout, providing a thorough full body workout over the course of several five minute rounds. Each round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will assist in both muscle gain and fat loss. Ringfit Kickboxing Classes - Ladies Only

These classes are aimed at women looking to combat stress, burn fat, tone muscles and improve overall fitness, strength and co-ordination levels.
